April

Mercury will be retrograde for the first three weeks of this month. What that means is that during this time it is far more productive to do what begins with "re" as in restore, restock, repair, revise, rearrange, etc. Buying new unless necessary—stocking up because of a sale, for instance, may backfire or prove to have been unnecessary or even useless. Repairs can go well however they may be delayed in some way and be returned to you the next retrograde Mercury as happened to me once. It is far easier to throw things away during this time, making it an excellent period to go through what you have and eliminate or recycle what you no longer can use but is still useful for others.

Mars enters Aries early on the 2nd, (on the 1st for those East of the East Coast,) adding appreciative zing to the beginning and rest of the month of April. Later in the morning a pleasant aspect encourages us to make choices that will benefit us in the form of healing or positive change. The New Moon in Aries quickly follows on April 3 10:32 AM EDT. This is a very powerful New Moon with an added boost from both Mars and Uranus as they join together. Unexpected news may be in the wind, or perhaps unexpected activity or both. Be on the lookout for n opportunity to reinvent yourself using this potent energy to engage in what is unplanned and spontaneous.

A powerful blessing is possible on the 6th, Pluto exerts a symbolic punctuation mark on the 8th and 9th indicating powerful changes may be delayed or possibly restored during the next months. Be mindful on the 11th, when accidents are possible and mind any tendency to exaggerate as it could backfire. The Full Moon in Libra on the 17th, Palm Sunday suggests a potential for agreement and positive negotiations to occur during the next two weeks.

The 18th can bring opportunities to make decisions that could have long term consequences. The Sun moves into Taurus enhancing gardening and other earth oriented activities. Venus Moves into Aries and we are attracted to all things new and fashionable on the 21st and for some weeks more. The 22nd could bring a quick infatuation. If you fall in love it might be over quickly or be unique in some way. Mercury turns direct on the 23rd though on the 22nd for those East of EDT. The 26th and 27th offer opportunities for change again. Keep your eyes open, however so as not discard or eliminate what you really do love. On the 30th you could reconsider, so analyze your changes and do what seems best.
