February,
the shortest month of the year is often one of the most interesting. It is
powered by erratic Uranus, meaning anything can happen--but wait, Saturn
planet of stability and structure was and still is it's ruler as well. This
is the wonderful paradox of Aquarius and of Aquarians: Sometimes this period
as well as its natives, appears to be just plain off the wall and then when
you least expect it, suddenly turn conservative. Abraham Lincoln is an
example.
