October

This month holds many aspects to Pluto in Capricorn. Interesting synchronicity, the political scene is very active right now,. Look for upsets and surprises  especially around the 6th, 9th, 11th, 15th, 22nd and 23rd. Venus enters Virgo on the 8th and may bring enhanced discrimination in choices. The Sun enters Scorpio on the 23rd signaling more opportunities to make changes. All other planets remain in the same signs.

Mercury turns direct on the 9th. Hopefully during the past 3 weeks much has been reviewed and refurbished and now we can begin new projects or discover new ways to order our lives in that we may be more effective.  The new Moon in Libra on the 12th brings a time to look for balance in our lives and ways to enhance that. Full Moon in Taurus on the 27th brings passion and sensuousness, while helping expand our ability to assess what is real and realistic and what is a product of our programming or imagination.

The month starts off quietly enough until late on the 5th, and AM of the 6th, as Sun squares Pluto, followed by a Mercury sextile Saturn and Mars opposed to Neptune. This could be a helpful combination. When Pluto assists us in making changes; if we are proactive we avoid forced changes. The sextile and opposition following can help us better communicate those changes and then clarify them further as to potential results.

The 10th 11th and 12th brings another cluster of aspects, leading up to the new Moon on the 12th. The 3 days before the new Moon are good for finishing old business. Venus squaring Saturn on the 10th suggests we assess responsibilities. The 11th brings a Jupiter trine Pluto, another excellent aspect for making educated changes; Sun opposed Uranus helps with the ability to let go or detach.

The 15th, 16th and 17th present another trio of successive energies to put to good use. Mars trining Pluto with the Moon in Mars/Pluto ruled Scorpio presents a fabulous time to recreate what we wish to. Venus opposing Neptune on the 16th presents a spiritual overview of the process while Mars trine Jupiter on the 17th again presents the opportunity to see what we have learned from what we have chosen to do and how the process will be of benefit.

Moving on to the 22nd Pluto stars again when Mercury squares it, suggesting mental turnover. Venus trining Pluto early on the 23rd also shows us a good way to direct the energies we are learning to use for the benefit of ourselves and others. On the 25th Venus conjunct Jupiter and Mercury opposed to Uranus combine to expand our understanding while we discover the ramifications of the opportunities presented. The Sun trining Neptune on the 30th finishes up the month with an opportunity for spiritual strength and understanding.
